Plastic thread products are widely used in our daily life. According to the shape of the thread, it can be divided into two types: external thread and internal thread.

Thread products part and outside two kinds, precision is not high like the external thread that USES line structure design, but the internal thread basically all need to be adopted to take off the screw thread structure.

> Classification by action mode:  
1. The threaded core rotates and the pushing plate pushes the product away  
2. Thread core rotation, core retreat at the same time, product natural detachment  

> According to the driving mode classification:
1. Cylinder + rack,  
2. Hydraulic motor + chain  
3. Service motor + chain  
4. Rifle wire + gear

> Analysis of product structure;  Must hold the following product data:  
1. Outer diameter of thread;  
2. Thread spacing;  
3. Thread direction;  
4. Number of thread turns;  
5. Thread head number;  

> determine the structure of the screw off mold, according to the product structure, injection machine and other factors, select the best de-threading scheme.

> Determine the number of turns of the thread core. In order to ensure that the thread core is completely detached from the product, the number of turns of the thread core needs to be increased by 1 turn of safety factor.  

> Determine the gear modulus, tooth number and transmission ratio modulus determines the tooth thickness of the gear, the number of teeth determines the outer diameter of the gear, transmission ratio determines the meshing of the gear and the number of revolutions of the gear.
